Nine Bridgewater Property Transfers Recorded in Late Summer, Most Prices Undisclosed
Bridgewater recorded nine property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $315 to $600 with a median of $515, per Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. The top disclosed sale was 71 Forest St. at $600, from John M. and Anne M. Reid to Cesar Kulakauskas. Five of the nine transfers involved parties sharing a surname or a trust, and none of those five disclosed a price. No two transfers occurred on the same street. With most deeds omitting a price and no bed/bath/square-footage data available, the recorded figures offer only a partial view of the month's market.
