Planning Board endorses Oak Street subdivision plan, delays Plymouth Street hearing again

BRIDGEWATER — November 19, 2025 — Bridgewater Planning Board endorses four-lot Oak Street plan, continues Plymouth Street subdivision to December. The board unanimously endorsed an approval-not-required plan for 167 Oak Street — submitted by Falconary Construction and engineered by Jamie Bissonette of Zenith Consulting Engineers — on the condition that the applicant add setback, frontage, and development-box notations to the mylar before any member signs it. The board also continued the public hearing for the proposed Revelation Road subdivision at 593 Plymouth Street to December 3, after a letter from Silver Engineering's Lawrence B. Silva disclosed the six-lot project had been substantially redesigned to use private wells and on-site septic after the DPW flagged unavailability of public water and sewer. Town Engineer Greg Tanzi said he had not yet received the latest plans and noted Thanksgiving would constrain his review window. The December 3 meeting is expected to include a joint session with the Community and Economic Development Committee on the town's MBTA zoning compliance amendment, with Councilor Adeline Ellenberg urging during public comment that the board "adopt the minimum to be in compliance."
