Bridgewater Records Ten Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Bridgewater recorded 10 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $301 to $850, with a median of $677. The period's top disclosed sale was 159 Crescent St., which sold for $850 on July 13 to Christopher and Kimberly Barnes from Thomas Jr. and Linda Howard. Six transfers, including three moving property between individuals and their own trusts, did not disclose a price. No street had more than one recorded sale, and no bed, bath or square footage data were available for any transaction.
