Bridgewater home sales range from $285,000 to $800,000 in late-summer stretch
Eleven properties sold in Bridgewater between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Nine of the 11 carry a recorded price so far, ranging from $285,000 to $800,000 with a median of $638,000; two sales are still awaiting price data. The top sale was 112 Village Gate Dr. at $800,000, sold by Scott S. and Christine A. Rose to Matthew T. Melanson and Tina L. MacEachern. Six of the nine priced sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with three under $500,000 and none above $1 million, indicating a market concentrated in the mid-price range this period.
