Bridgewater sees near-million-dollar sale lead September deed activity

Ten properties changed hands in Bridgewater between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds filings. Seven sales carried a recorded price, ranging from $250,000 to $985,000, with a median of $799,000; three transfers have no price on file yet. The month's top sale was 50 Butternut Way at $985,000, closely followed by 3 Trinity Circle at $977,000. Three transfers appear to be within-family trust transfers, and one low-end sale went to a corporate buyer, Long Built Homes Inc. No street recorded more than one sale, and the data shows a mix of price tiers rather than a single concentrated trend.
