BRIDGEWATER -- Eleven properties changed hands in Bridgewater over the past month, with the six sales that disclosed a price ranging from $350 to $835 and a median of $620. Nearly half of the recorded deeds, five of 11, did not disclose a sale price, including four transfers that moved property from individual owners into family trusts.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Bridgewater property transfers between June 26 and July 25, 2026. Six of the 11 disclosed a consideration amount, with prices ranging from $350 to $835 and a median of $620 among those six. The other five transfers, including several between family members or into trusts, did not include a disclosed sale price. Taken on its own, a count of 11 recorded sales for the four-week period does not indicate whether the market was active or quiet, since no comparable prior-period count is available.

TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 11 Bramblewood St., which sold for $835 on June 29. The sellers were Craig J. Besse and Erin R. Besse; the buyers were Brendon Hitchings and Emilyrose Hitchings. At 443 Vernon St., the property sold for $720 on June 30; sellers Andrea A. Lewis and Reynald Cherant sold to buyers Munira Osman and Naleeya Osman. At 60 Old Farm Rd., the property sold for $670 on June 30; sellers Frederick C. Chase Jr. and Lynnette R. Chase, as trustees, sold to Brian Martell and Kaitlin Martell. At 120 Ashtead Rd., the property sold for $570 on June 30, with seller Gregory C. Riccio and buyer Kristen Irizarry. At 167 Spring St., the property sold for $360 on June 26; the seller was Louis Damarino, acting as conservator, and the buyer was Sai Keshav LLC.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN No two disclosed-price sales shared a street name this period, so sales break out by price tier instead. Under $500: 167 Spring St. ($360) and 575 Summer St. ($350), where seller Brenda L. Oliver sold to buyer Joseph Demilia. Between $500 and $700: 120 Ashtead Rd. ($570) and 60 Old Farm Rd. ($670). McCormack to themselves as trustees), 63 Magnolia Way (Curtis V. Hayes and Jessica A. Hayes to Curtis V. Hayes), 65 Village Gate Dr. (Melissa A. Brunetti to Melissa Anne Brunetti as trustee of the Melissa Webber Trust), and 29 Tony Ter. (John L. Tashjian Jr. to himself as trustee of the John L. Tashjian Jr. Revocable Trust). None of these four disclosed a sale price, consistent with typical reporting for transfers within the same family. Deed records do not indicate the reason for these transfers.
