Four residents, including Pat Neary of Lakeside Drive and Melissa Remendetta, demanded the board require water impact statements before advancing any large project, citing recent Apex evaluations confirming the town lacks capacity to connect major developments.

Town Planner Shane O'Brien announced a Complete Streets grant of approximately $500,000 for Summer Street and Plymouth Street work and a Green Communities grant of approximately $85,000 largely earmarked for library weatherization.
