Bridgewater Planning Board Continues Three Public Hearings, Approves Mansion Way Lot Releases

Planning Board · Meeting of February 5, 2026

Bridgewater Planning Board continued all three pending public hearings to March 4 and approved lot releases for a renamed subdivision at its February 5 remote meeting. Chair Patrick Driscoll and the four-member panel voted 4-0 to push a six-lot subdivision plan for 593 Plymouth Street, a site plan review for Zero Lakeshore Drive — stalled pending a water impact study from Apex Engineering — and a 27,000-square-foot commercial building proposal at 1010 Elm Street, all to the March 4 meeting. On the Mansion Way subdivision at 1968 Cell Street, the board voted unanimously to approve renaming the subdivision road from Mansion Way to Rocky Mountain Road as a minor modification, accepted a revised bond estimate of $16,399.50 prepared by Town Engineer Greg Tansey, and authorized release of two lots contingent on recording of homeowners association documents.

Town Planner Shannon O'Brien also launched a resident survey for the town's Open Space and Recreation Plan, open through February 28, with a public meeting tentatively set for late March.
